Kanan Alakbarov serves as the Lead Cost Engineer at McDermott International, Ltd since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in cost management from previous roles as Project Cost Lead at KBR, Inc. and Costing and Efficiency Monitoring Lead at Stantec. Kanan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Economics Policy Studies from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo, Japan, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banking from Azerbaijan State Economic Institute.
