Eric Schmidt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Group Chair and Executive Mentor at Executive Agenda, Schmidt has also held positions on the Board of Directors at MCD, Inc. Notably, Schmidt was President and COO at Color Craft Graphic Arts and held multiple roles at Western States Envelope & Label, including Vice President of Operations and Divisional Manufacturing Manager. Previously, Schmidt was General Manager at 4 LAKES LABEL AND PRINTING prior to its acquisition. Schmidt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
