Tylah Palalagi has a diverse professional background with a focus on planning, customer service, and childcare. Tylah currently serves as a Junior Planner Buyer and Media Assistant at MBM since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Contact Center Officer at the Ministry of Social Development from June 2021 to August 2024, and various positions at The University of Auckland from February 2015 to August 2024, including a reliever role and before school caregiver for a local Epsom School. Tylah also has experience with YWCA, participating as an alumni from February 2010 to 2017, assisting with camping trips and ceremonies, and briefly worked in security at Redbadge in 2014. Tylah pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Auckland University of Technology from 2018 to 2020.
