Stephen has held various leadership positions in companies such as McCormick & Company, Natura &Co, Avon, Kraft Foods, and more. Stephen's expertise includes developing sustainable packaging solutions, value engineering, technical services, and product sustainability. Stephen holds a BS in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
