Nirav Rathod is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management, continuous improvement, and training development. At McCormick & Company since August 2017, Nirav has held various managerial roles, currently serving as Department Manager for the Consumer Product Division, overseeing safety, quality, production, and team performance. Previous positions include Training & Development Manager and Production Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operations efficiency and compliance. Prior to McCormick, Nirav worked at Brampton Brick Limited as Production Supervisor and Technical Services Supervisor, focusing on optimizing production processes and product quality. Nirav began a career at Vale as a Metallurgist Technician. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University, an MBA from Athabasca University, a Lean Six Sigma Certificate, and a diploma in Environmental Control Technologies from Sheridan College.
