Melissa Milkewicz is an experienced HR leader with a proven track record in various roles at McCormick & Company since August 2011, including Vice President HR for Global Functions and Global Business Transformation. With extensive expertise in developing HR strategies, talent management, and organizational design, Melissa has successfully led teams and managed integration efforts, notably during the French's acquisition. Previous experience includes HR leadership positions at Sanofi and Washington Group International, with responsibilities spanning staffing, employee engagement, and compensation analysis. Melissa holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey.
