Jessica Luffy, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Valence Surface Technologies, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Human Resources Manager at McConway & Torley, LLC from July 2014 to August 2023, contributing to a fast-paced steel mill environment. Earlier career experiences include roles as Senior HR Generalist at Trinity Industries, Inc., HR Supervisor at Ferro Corporation, Benefits Specialist at RAND Corporation, HR Assistant at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur, and Staffing Manager at Kaufmann. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1994.
