John Olkowski, CIC, CRM, AAI has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. John is currently the Executive Vice President and Principal at McConkey Insurance & Benefits, a York, PA based company. John has held various roles at McConkey Insurance & Benefits since joining in 2005, including Vice President/Principal and Account Executive/Association Marketing Manager. John is an expert in Property & Casualty risk management and Benefits Consulting, specializing in off-shore captive programs, self-insurance, surety arrangements, and other risk financing techniques. Prior to joining McConkey Insurance & Benefits, John worked as an intern at Keystone Insurers Group in 2004.

John Olkowski, CIC, CRM, AAI completed their education at Grove City College from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended York Catholic High School from 1997 to 2001.
