Donn MacKenzie, MBA, is an experienced professional in the concrete and construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at McCarthy Improvement since February 2016. In this role, Donn focuses on developing concrete technology and innovative mix designs to enhance project outcomes. Previously, Donn operated as President of Donn MacKenzie & Associates while also working as a Field Engineer for CERATECH, where contributions included technical support for green cement products. Donn's extensive background also includes roles at Sika Corporation, U.S. Concrete Inc., and various other companies, encompassing technical sales, quality control, and operational management. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Charleston and a BA in Political Science from Western Washington University.
