Kenneth McBroom possesses extensive experience in construction scheduling and operational efficiency, currently serving as the Director of Operational Efficiency at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since November 2003. In this role, Kenneth focuses on fostering a culture that embraces Lean principles, facilitating Last Planner sessions, and implementing SCRUM methodologies across departments. Kenneth previously held the position of Director of Planning & Scheduling, managing the Southern California scheduling department and overseeing diverse construction projects, including hospitals and light rail transit systems. Kenneth's academic contributions include lecturing on construction scheduling at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and California State University-Long Beach.
