Erik Hoffman has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Vice President Project Executive at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., where tenure began in March 2011. Prior roles at the same company include Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Before joining McCarthy, Erik Hoffman worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Rudolph and Sletten from January 2006 to March 2011. Erik Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing the program in 2005.
