Ben Earnshaw is a Senior Civil Designer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since January 2024, having previously served as a Project Engineer at Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. from June 2018 to January 2024. Ben's design experience encompasses wastewater treatment package plants, telecom fiber installations, electrical substation getaways, and gas network relocations near TxDOT rights-of-way. Prior to these roles, Ben interned at Halff Associates during the summers of 2015, 2016, and 2017, gaining practical skills in land development, traffic control plans, and drainage calculations. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, completed in 2017.
