Sean Carr is a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP since October 2014, focusing on both contentious and non-contentious matters within the Construction Department, while also advising construction professionals on litigated issues. Prior to this role, Sean Carr served as a Solicitor at Beale and Company Solicitors LLP from October 2007 to October 2014, specializing in commercial litigation and professional indemnity insurance litigation for solicitors, construction professionals, and accountants. In that capacity, Sean Carr engaged directly with insurers on claims and strategy. Sean Carr began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Beale and Company, where responsibilities included preparing documentation for counsel and managing discovery requests.
