Sarah Begley is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and people development. Currently serving as the Director of HR and People Development at McCann FitzGerald LLP since September 2014, Sarah oversees the HR strategy and its implementation to support the firm's objectives. Previously, Sarah held various positions at Hertz Europe Service Centre Ltd., culminating in the role of Lead HR Business Partner for HR Shared Services, managing HR support for 950 employees, while also providing service to 4,500 staff across Europe. Sarah's extensive experience spans roles from Recruitment Executive to HR Manager, with a strong focus on continuous improvement in HR services and technology. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Hotel Management from the University of Galway and Shannon College of Hotel Management, respectively, and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
