Eoin Galligan is an Associate at McCann FitzGerald LLP since September 2020, specializing in corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures while also contributing to the Start-Up team. Prior experience includes roles as a Trainee Solicitor at National Australia Bank, where responsibilities included auditing business accounts, and as a Project Assistant at McCann FitzGerald, focusing on finance matters like aircraft leasing and project finance. Eoin also served as a part-time Music Teacher at Blackrock College and held the position of Auditor (President) for The Commerce & Economics Society, leading significant membership growth. Eoin holds multiple legal diplomas from recognized institutions, as well as a Bachelor of Business and Law from University College Dublin.
