David Mangisel has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chef and previously as Sous Chef at McCalls Catering & Events since July 2019. Prior to this role, David held the position of Sous Chef at Nordstrom from October 2017 to April 2019, and worked as a Line Cook at both Bao Down GastroBar and Nordstrom during 2016 and 2015-2017 respectively. Their early career includes serving as Lead Cook at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. from September 2009 to March 2011. David Mangisel's culinary education was completed at San Francisco State University, where studies took place from 2008 to 2011.
