Warren Lance has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, 7 as an attorney. Mr. Lance’s practice has been mostly comprised of litigation and appeals in state and federal courts throughout Washington State. Mr. Lance has represented foreclosure trustees, lenders, and servicers in a variety of actions from wrongful foreclosure, title disputes, evictions, and litigated foreclosures.
