Melissa Smith currently serves as a Maintenance Planner at McCall Farms Inc, where responsibilities include collecting and recording maintenance records, identifying trends for entry into the MP2 system, and maintaining the system itself since December 2021. Previously, Melissa held various positions at House of Raeford from February 2003 to November 2021, including Human Resource Manager, where duties encompassed managing office operations and HR communications; Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, focusing on inventory management and report generation; and E-Maintenance Coordinator, overseeing the e-maintenance CMMS system and procurement of maintenance supplies. Melissa earned an Early Childhood Education Certificate from Williamsburg Technical College between 2002 and 2004 and graduated from New Prospect Christian School in 2002.
