Colleen Johnston is an experienced board member and financial leader, serving as Audit Committee Chair at McCain Foods and Shopify since January 2019, with additional board roles at Q4 and Private Debt Partners, Inc. Since 2015, Colleen Johnston has contributed to the Shaw Festival, while previously leading Unity Health Toronto as Chairperson until June 2023. Prior to these roles, Colleen Johnston held senior positions at TD, including Special Advisor to the CEO and Group Head of various divisions, as well as serving as CFO at Scotia Capital. Colleen Johnston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
