Przemyslaw Rucinski is a seasoned engineering and technical manager with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Technical Manager and Engineering Manager at McBride, Rucinski oversees the engineering team, maintenance, and technical infrastructure. Previous roles include Press Shop Manager at ArcelorMittal AMDS Bytom Plant, where Rucinski managed production and introduced automation, enhancing productivity and reducing costs. As Technical Director, Rucinski successfully transferred the Technology Department from France to Poland and built an effective sales team.
