Sean DaCosta is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director of Servicing Initiatives at MCAP since December 2022. Previously, Sean held various leadership roles at Paradigm Quest from 2006 to January 2023, including Director of Process Optimization, Corporate Development Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Senior Analyst. Sean began the career at TD as a Financial Services Representative from 2004 to 2006. Sean's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialist in Accounting/Finance and a major in Economics from the University of Toronto (2001-2005), a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto (2010-2011), and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto (2012-2013).
