Fatima Dholkawala is a Workforce Analyst at MCAP since January 2020, with a strong background in the residential mortgage industry, having served as both a Senior Mortgage Servicing Representative and a Mortgage Servicing Agent. Prior experience includes owning a Cuemath franchise focused on empowering children in math education, working as an Operations Team Member at Axis Bank handling customer service and transaction processing, and training engineering students in soft skills at The Edgemakers. Fatima also completed a summer internship at Pinnacle Industries Limited, where financial evaluations were conducted.
