Tug Baker is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Technician at McAngus Goudelock & Courie since March 2013. With a strong background in information technology, Tug previously worked as an Applications Specialist, IT Helpdesk, and Webmaster at Ellis Lawhorne & Sims, P.A., where responsibilities included troubleshooting, software installation, and database management. Additionally, Tug has been a freelance writer for Free Times since January 2001, contributing music, food, and drink columns, and receiving an honorable mention in the 2011 AltWeeky Awards for food writing. Since 2008, Tug has also held the position of Theater Manager at Nickelodeon Theatre. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Marketing, Tug possesses a wide range of technical skills including proficiency in various software and systems relevant to both IT support and multimedia production.
