Cait Shea, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at MCAN Financial Group since November 2023, Cait previously held similar managerial positions at Squaredance and MindBeacon. With experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at AudienceView and Ticketmaster, as well as a Human Resources Consultant at Industrial Alliance, Cait's career spans over a decade.
