Albert Tam, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at MCAN Financial Group, leading the evolution of risk appetite and risk management practices. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Capital One, where responsibilities encompassed data management and business risk management, and at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, providing risk advisory services. As a Senior Analyst at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat, Albert drove the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management across government entities. Additional roles include program advisory work for the Ontario Pan/Parapan American Games Secretariat and positions in the arts sector. Albert holds an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Production from York University, complemented by a high school diploma in Ontario French Immersion.
