Mehleketo Lyn Bamuza is an experienced geologist currently employed at Mbuyelo Coal since October 2019, where responsibilities include data and systems management and the development of geological standards. Previously, Mehleketo served as a Junior Geologist, providing essential advice and information for effective grade control and identifying geological risks. Early career roles included Project Manager at the National Youth Development Agency and Career Advisor at the University of the Witwatersrand, along with tutoring responsibilities in both GIS and geosciences. Academic qualifications include a BSc Hon in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa, a BSc (Hons) in Geological and Earth Sciences from Wits, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental & Engineering Geology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
