Colby Laubach has worked for multiple companies in various roles. In 2015, they joined Legacy Roofing and Waterproofing as a Commercial Solar Installer, gaining experience in solar installation and construction. Colby worked there until July 2019. During their time at Liberty University (2015-2018), they served as a Student and also worked as Outdoor Recreation Staff. Colby then completed internships at MBL Energy in 2017 and 2018, where they worked as a Business Development Intern and later as a Business Operations Intern. In September 2019, they joined MBL Energy again, this time as a Project Manager.

Colby Laubach's education history starts from 2011 to 2015 when they attended Valley Christian High School for their high school education, without specifying a particular field of study. From 2015 to 2018, Colby Laubach pursued a Bachelor's degree in Project Management at Liberty University.

In addition to their formal education, Colby Laubach has also obtained several certifications. In October 2015, they received certification as an Open Water Diver from PADI. In March 2015, they completed Equipment Safe Operation Training provided by Hertz Truck and Car Rental. Moreover, in July 2018, Colby Laubach obtained the OSHA 30 Hour Construction certification from ClickSafety.
