Nazario Tancredi has extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as Deputy Chief Engineer at MBDA since June 2013. In this role, Nazario leads the Simulation & Modelling and Performance Department, focusing on missile design, delivering project milestones, and fostering collaboration across engineering departments. Previously, Nazario held the position of Chief System Engineer for an international UAV weapon project, managing system studies and technical interfaces. Earlier roles included leading a team in the development of processing units and supporting complex defense system designs. Nazario began professional career as a Junior System Engineer/Analyst and has a Master of Engineering in Missile and Space Systems Technology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
