Kristal Clarke is currently a Major Equipment Procurement Graduate at MBDA, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Kristal worked at Mane Contract Services from January 2022 to September 2023, holding roles such as Delivery Consultant, Recruiter, and Associate Recruiter, where responsibilities included building talent pools and managing candidate applications using various platforms. Kristal's earlier experience includes serving as an Admissions Officer at West Herts College from June 2019 to January 2022. Academically, Kristal earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Brunel University London between 2018 and 2021 and completed A-Levels in Maths, Business, Psychology, and History at Bishop's Hatfield Girls School from September 2015 to June 2017.
