Jashen Litesh EngTech MIMechE is a Mechanical Integration Engineer at MBDA, focusing on Mechanical Future Concepts for the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) since September 2020. Previously, Jashen led a work experience team at MBDA, successfully onboarding 44 students, and worked as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, where design updates were presented to senior colleagues. Experience includes an undergraduate research position at Automobili Lamborghini, simulating compression moulding processes, and a role at Collins Aerospace developing composite fuel system technology, achieving notable project milestones. Jashen's engineering journey began with chassis design at Imperial Racing Green and research at Rolls-Royce, complemented by a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
