Malwina Grzeszczyk has extensive experience in the field of information technology and project management, currently serving as IT Deputy Director at mBank S.A. since November 2018, following roles as IT Senior Manager and IT Manager. Prior to mBank, Malwina held the position of Technology Consulting Manager at Accenture and various leadership roles at Nest Bank S.A., including Head of Division for system/business analysis and project management. Early career experience includes positions at BIZ Bank and Bank Millennium, focusing on process management and operations improvement. Malwina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw, along with several postgraduate degrees in Software Engineering, Mobile and Web Technologies, and Business Intelligence.
