Adam Stęclik, MBA, has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and team management, currently serving as a Lider zespołu IT at mBank S.A. since June 2008. With a strong background in data analysis, project planning, and the administration of various technologies such as MS SQL, SPLUNK, Zabbix, and Docker, Adam excels in creating and managing project schedules, as well as training team members. Prior roles include positions as a senior IT engineer and quality checker at Randstad Inhouse Services in the UK, where Adam focused on quality control and logistical coordination. Adam holds an MBA from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University and two master's degrees in computer software and education from Akademia im. Jana Długosza and Wyższa Szkoła Pedagogiczna in Częstochowa.
