Mariana Aguirre currently serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and worked as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also served as a university lecturer teaching subjects such as applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
