Sally Bednarek has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in education and quality management. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Mayville School District since April 2015, Sally has worked across grades K-12 in various subjects, including ACT proctoring. Alongside teaching, Sally has been a Customer Service/Cashier at Leroy Meats of Horicon Inc since August 2019. Previously, Sally held the role of Quality Manager at Seneca Foods Corp from May 2000 to October 2014, overseeing audits, quality systems, and managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as environmental and silage operations. Earlier in the career, Sally worked as a Lab and Field Technician at Giles Engineering Associates, Inc from January 1992 to March 1995, specializing in soil and concrete testing and analysis. Sally earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Geography and Geology, as well as Advertising Design and Pre-Forestry from the University of Wisconsin institutions between 1978 and 1995.
