Mykola Nesov has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. In 2012, they began working as a Full Stack Web Developer at Writtent.com. In 2013, they moved to Joy Telecom as a Senior PHP Developer. In 2015, they began working as a Software Engineer at Radiate Digital, and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in the same year. In 2018, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Torrch and a Lead Software Engineer at Mayven Studios. At Mayven Studios, they were responsible for application architecture, planning, developing and scaling projects, refactoring legacy code to Clean Architecture, implementing Domain Driven Design, REST API development for SPA, and 3d party integrations. Additionally, they have worked as a Premium Software Developer and Top-Rated Developer on Upwork since 2007.

Mykola Nesov has a Master of Science in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b, obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2008 and 2012. Mykola also holds certifications from Laravel Certification, Duolingo, and Zend Technologies, obtained in 2018, 2017, and 2016, respectively.
