R Putri Naya S currently serves as an HR Assessor at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, where responsibilities include managing domestic assessment activities across various departments and conducting diverse psychological tests. Previously, R Putri Naya S held the position of Organization Development Junior Supervisor at PT. Indonesian People Power, focusing on organizational development tasks, including the creation of company vision and mission statements, SOP formulation, and training needs analysis. Additional experience includes roles as a Learning Center Officer, Training Facilitator at Beliv, and Human Resources Assistant at PT Marimas Putera Kencana. R Putri Naya S obtained a degree from Diponegoro University and completed prior education at Saint Joseph College Senior High School and SMP Santo Carolus Surabaya.
