Asmita Parashar is an experienced professional specializing in cross-cultural training, leadership development, and communication skills. Currently serving as an International Representative at Mayo Clinic since January 2023, Asmita has a robust freelance career that began in April 2002, focusing on customized training programs for leadership, communication, and soft skills. With a history of delivering inter-cultural training for Learnlight and mentoring young women through Katalyst India, Asmita is dedicated to empowering individuals across diverse backgrounds. Additional roles include pro-bono coaching with (Up) Skilling Careers and previous training at Anupam Kher's Actor Prepares and the "I Am She" Ms. Universe Pageant. Asmita holds an HND in Business Studies from Kingston University.
