Aaron M. Clark, MHA, currently serves as Operations Manager for Food Service Operations at Mayo Clinic, a position held since November 2011. Clark has held various roles within the Mayo Clinic, including Third Party Risk Management and Privacy Analyst, Patient Experience Specialist, and Supervisor of Revenue Cycle for Mayo Collaborative Services. Previous management experience includes positions at McCunes Public House and Schydes Drinks and Whatnot, both involving staff oversight and operational responsibilities. Clark began a career in management at Dominos Pizza as an Assistant Manager. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Health Administration from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winona State University, along with ongoing MBA studies at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
