Jim Warren is a Member at Maynard Nexsen PC, where since March 2017, Jim has provided expert advice to lenders, investors, developers, and both public and private companies on complex real estate and economic development transactions. With over two decades of experience, Jim specializes in assisting clients with the development and acquisition of retail, industrial, and commercial properties. Prior to this role, Jim served as an Attorney at Wyche, P.A. from September 1996 to March 2017. Jim holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and education from Duke University.
