Matt Dixon is an experienced professional in the property management field, currently serving as the Corporate Strategy & Implementation Manager at Mayfield Residential since January 2025. In this role, Matt develops and implements strategic initiatives to support the company's growth in the Phoenix-Metro market while leading projects to establish best practices for successful expansion. Prior to this position, Matt held various roles at Mark-Taylor, Inc., including Manager of Employee Experience and Assistant Manager of Brand and Communication, contributing to brand development, vendor relations, and event coordination. Matt began their career in sales and training at Mark-Taylor Residential from July 2008 to December 2018. Matt completed education at Millikan High School from 2001 to 2005.
