Roberta Holden has extensive experience in administrative and clinical support roles in the healthcare industry. Since September 1993, Roberta has been with Mayfield Brain & Spine, serving as a Staff Assistant, Prior Authorization Coordinator, and Medical Secretary, providing clinical support to renowned neurosurgeons. Previous experience includes working as a Data Entry Tech at UC Health, where Roberta managed billing for surgical procedures, and as a Resource Clerk at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, handling staffing and payroll for the Specialty Resource Unit. Additionally, Roberta was the Accounting Manager at The Plastic Surgery Group, overseeing billing and revenue cycle management. Roberta holds a High School Diploma in Mathematics from Saint Bernard High School.
