Anna Pinedo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets. Currently serving as a Partner in the Capital Markets Group and Co-Leader of global Capital Markets at Mayer Brown since February 2018, Anna has previously held partner positions at Morrison & Foerster LLP from March 2003 to February 2018 and at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from 1993 to 2003. Anna holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Chicago Law School (1990-1993) and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) in Political Science and Asian Studies from Georgetown University (1987-1990). Anna's foundational education was completed at Stuyvesant High School (1983-1987).
