Kian Mirshahi is the founder and CEO of Mayday.ai, a centralized and artificial intelligence based platform providing real time and near real time disaster & incident information services. Prior to Mayday, Kian was VP of Business & Technology Services at City National Bank from March 2017 to May 2018.

Kian's mission is to help save lives, reduce costs & effects of disasters, and democratize pertinent disaster information when needed most. Kian's service offerings are available for Government Agencies, First Response, Utility, Insurance & Residential subscribers.

Kian Mirshahi has a M.B.A from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, with a focus in strategy, innovation, and foresight. Kian also has an electrical engineering degree from Queen's University, where they did an internship at GE in communications. Kian is currently pursuing a data science degree from The Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on big data and data-centric innovations.
