Kendra Newsome is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at May Mobility since May 2019, Kendra has held multiple roles within the company, including Customer Operations Manager and Site Manager. Prior to May Mobility, Kendra worked as the Sales and Operations Director at Bekins from March 2011 to May 2019 and as General Manager at Lane Bryant from November 2006 to March 2011. Additional experience includes a position as a Tech at Indian River Village Pharmacy and an internship on the Planning Commission at the Village of Mackinaw, where responsibilities included grant writing and public relations. Kendra earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Albion College after completing education at Mackinaw City High School.
