SiPan Leong currently serves as the Director of Clinical Quality and Nursing at South Cove Community Health Center since January 2023 and holds a board member position at Common Purpose Inc. since September 2021. SiPan Leong has worked as a Residential Nurse at May Institute since March 2020 and previously held the role of RN Clinical Care Manager at Bay Cove Human Services from June 2018 to November 2022. Additionally, SiPan Leong was the Head Nurse at Rainbow Adult Day Health Center from April 2016 to April 2018 and worked as an AFC Registered Nurse at Nonotuck Resource Associates, Inc. from April 2013 to April 2016. SiPan Leong earned a Bachelor of Science from Regis College between 2009 and 2012 and is currently pursuing further education at Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
