Ray Popham has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Ray is currently the Deputy Director of Global Programs at EQUIP Leadership since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Maxwell Leadership from 2015, starting as a Faculty Member and eventually becoming the Faculty President. Ray was also a Certified Speaker, Coach, and Teacher at Maxwell Leadership, where they taught the John Maxwell Leadership Philosophy. In 2015, they became the Co-Owner of Aiken Premier Realty. Since 1995, Ray has been the CEO of MOREmentum & RayPopham.com, where they focus on speaking, coaching, and training. Ray aims to inspire and empower individuals and leaders to live intentionally, achieve consistently, and influence deliberately. Additionally, they founded and served as the Overseer of Called To All Nations, a non-profit organization involved in various outreach activities across 87 nations. Ray's career journey began in the US Army, where they worked as a Nurse and Trainer from 1981 to 1991.

Ray Popham obtained several degrees over a period of 34 years, from 1981 to 2015. Ray attended several schools including Trinity Seminary, Liberty University, Logos University, and the Academy of Health Sciences. During this time, they earned a Diploma, a BA in Organizational Leadership, an MBA in Religion and Philosophy, and is currently pursuing a PHDc in Nursing (expected graduation in 2017). Additionally, Ray Popham has obtained several certifications, including being authorized to administer the Myers-Briggs (MBTI), being a certified behavior analyst in the DISC profile, being a certified speaker, trainer, and coach through the John Maxwell Team, and completing the Wealth Dynamics Profile.
