Manager of Strategic Accounts and Onboarding at MaxSold

Cesar F. began their career in 2015 as a Student IT Assistant for Canadian Microelectronics Corporation. In 2016, they joined RGIS, LLC as an Inventory Supervisor. In 2017, they joined MaxSold and held various roles, including Customer Success Onboarding Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Supervisor of the Operation Managers, and Customer Support Agent. In their role as Customer Success Onboarding Manager, they managed the onboarding process and team, hosted over 200 onboardings, created content for a learning management system, contributed to the onboarding strategy, and established trusted relationships with clients. As Senior Operations Manager, they worked closely with internal employees and up to 500 employees remotely in the field, managed partner communications and seller expectations, and scheduled remote employees. As Supervisor of the Operation Managers, they created the Operation and Senior Manager's weekly schedule, worked with the operations team on daily tasks with clients, and handled highly escalated situations.

Cesar F. completed a Diploma of Education in Computer Networking and Technical Support from St. Lawrence College between 2013 and 2015. Cesar also obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in September 2022.
