Karen Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and business development, notably as the Management Director and founder of SHANGHAI BRIDGECON TRADING CO., LTD., where a focus on enhancing business operations for foreign companies in China was established. In collaboration with UCM HOLDINGS LLC - MAXPACK MACHINERY, project coordination and continuous improvement efforts were led over four years. Prior to this, Karen served as Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Avans Corp, an international trade and strategy consulting firm. Additional experience includes the role of Business Development Director at Shanghai Boevan Machinery Co., Ltd., where efforts to penetrate the Latin American market were directed. Early career roles included positions as Guest Relation Officer at both Peninsula Spring International Hotel and Ramada Plaza Hotel. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito and ongoing studies in Chinese Language and Literature at Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
