Nichole Hornsby, PMP, serves as the Senior Director of Implementations at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 20 concurrent implementations for complex strategic clients. Previously, Nichole held the position of Director of Implementations at Alegeus, a leader in consumer-directed healthcare solutions. Nichole's extensive prior experience includes various project management roles at Capital One, where oversight included managing marketing campaigns and IT infrastructure projects with significant budgets. Additional roles in training and development, consulting, and project management have been held across several organizations since 2002. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
