Jason Khaw is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Staff Design Automation Engineer at MaxLinear since February 2022. In this role, Jason is involved in the Design Automation Engineering Team, overseeing Perforce and MethodIC administration, providing CAD support for various EDA tools, and leading projects to unify design flows and methodologies. Prior to MaxLinear, Jason held several key positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, including Principal Engineer Integration & Yield, where leadership was demonstrated by managing a team to drive cost-saving initiatives, and Senior Engineer Design Enablement, focusing on DFM automation. Jason's experience also includes a role as Component Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, supporting CPU design with a focus on parasitic extraction, and an internship at Altera, where a successful environmental monitoring unit was developed. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bradford.
